The wedding cake focal bead is PMC paste over a bisque bead, with textures pressed into it, and patterns overlaid with a syringe. There are 3 cubic zirconias in the rose-like swirls around the top of the "cake".
Dangling below the cake, on fine sterling silver wire are three hand made PMC hearts. The wire is twisted, and wrapped, and even knotted, and contains captured swarovski crystals.

The "chain" part of the necklace features tiny freshwater pearls, dotted with more swarovski crystals, and sterling silver balls. The toggle clasp is a sterling silver heart and bar, which features another tiny heart in the centre.

The large dangling heart is inlaid with Aura 22 – 22 carat gold. The medium heart is set with a sapphire coloured cubic zirconia – something blue, and the tiny heart is set with a clear diamond-like cubic zirconia.
