U.S. Ambassador Opens University of Nizwa American Corner

On February 5, U.S. Ambassador Greta Holtz travelled to Nizwa for the grand opening of the University of Nizwa American Corner, the first new American Corner to open in Oman since 2005. During her visit to Nizwa, Ambassador Holtz and a delegation from the U.S. Embassy were welcomed by Chancellor Dr. Ahmed Al-Rawahi and other high-level officials from the University, who also invited the visitors on a tour of the campus.
