Chinese Buddha — Where am I?

The Thai buddha looks similar to the Thai people (for example). This fat Buddha is for the Chinese people. Our tour guide tells us Chinese Buddha is so plump because he is so full of love for the huge population of China.
This was at a temple in Northern Thailand. If anyone recognizes this, could you please tell me where it is? I can’t remember the name of the temple. It’s on top of a hill.
