I guess I’m getting excited about heading back to Michigan in just over a week – because I was going through photos from there, taken back in August.
For some reason I got stuck on these delicious food shots and had to put them together. I like to pretend this night was our engagement party – although it was planned to happen either way 🙂
We were staying at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island to celebrate Joel’s grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary.
I got warm and fuzzy from them referring to me as "grand daughter" in the Christmas card we just received from them. It has been 15+ years since I’ve had that title 🙂
